• All our products are manufactured and shipped directly from our headquarters in Dundee, Scotland
• For customers outside the UK, the import process is straightforward and fully managed by the courier under Incoterm DAP. Our products are duty-exempt, meaning the only additional costs will be your local Import VAT and a small handling fee. In most cases, you can reclaim this VAT from the relevant tax authority in your country.
